Thursday's ETF with Unusual Volume: PGJ

The PowerShares Golden Dragon China Portfolio ETF (PGJ) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Thursday, with over 360,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 94,000.  Shares of PGJ were off about 0.1% on the day.
